FBI Director Kash Patel is expected to announce the arrests at a news conference in California later Friday morning. Wedding was arrested in Mexico, an official said.

Wedding was charged with drug trafficking and officials said he planned multiple killings to further drug crimes. The former Olympian, who competed for Canada, is on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and authorities are offering a $15 million reward for information leading to his arrest and conviction.

The FBI last month released a new photo of the wedding and said it was believed to have been taken during the summer in Mexico.
