The Philadelphia 76ers made the expected decision Thursday, converting Dominick Barlow to a standard contract after he made the most of his time on a two-way contract. The 4-year player from OT Elite continued to impress, and the Sixers rewarded him with a contract.
As for the details of the deal, Barlow will make approximately $3.4 million during the remainder of the 2025-26 season and another $3.4 million in the 2026-27 season, according to Spotrac. The second season is a team option, and if the Sixers decline that option, Barlow will become an unrestricted free agent.

In his fifth season in the league, Barlow averaged 8.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game, shot 55.2% from the field and averaged one steal per game. He’s a vital part of Philadelphia’s franchise while also working with the team on a cheaper price. The Sixers will continue to focus on him at power forward for the remainder of the season and into the playoffs.
