The G League’s Oklahoma City Blue lost to the Windy City Bulls 116-103 on Monday. The home loss dropped their regular season record to 2-12.
The blue team’s early performance didn’t look good. They quickly fell behind by double digits. After the first quarter, they trailed 36-17. The Thunder trailed by just 21 points and took just one frame to erase the deficit. Scored 32 points in the second game and tied the score again.

At halftime, the blue team led 60-49. You feel this immediately, considering how things started. Alas, they couldn’t close the gap in the third game. They only scored 26 points. The Windy City has a greater advantage. After three quarters, the Thunder led 93-75.
The blue team scored 28 points in the last game to expand the score. They trailed by as many as 26 points.
The Blues shot 45% from the field and 12 of 37 from three-point range (32.4%). Made 6 of 9 free throws. They made 49 shots and sent out 27 assists. Five Blue Team players scored in double figures.
Meanwhile, the Bulls shot 41% from the field and 16 of 45 from three-point range (35.6%). Made 9 of 14 free throws. They made 41 shots and had 21 assists. Four Bulls players scored in double figures.
