Real Madrid to bring back three La Fabrica stars for €30 million in 2026 – report

A new report from Defensa Central has revealed Real Madrid’s long-term plans to strengthen the squad by bringing back three of their most promising former academy players in the summer of 2026.

According to the outlet, the club is expected to activate buy-back clauses included in past transfer deals to secure the return of Nico Paas, Chema Andres and Jakob Ramon.

All three players come from Fabrica and are regarded internally as some of the best talents the club has produced in recent years.

According to reports, Real Madrid will spend a total of 30 million euros to bring these three players back to the Bernabeu.

The long awaited return

The most notable returner is Nico Paes, who is currently regarded as one of the most popular young players in European football.

Real Madrid will re-sign him for €9 million, a modest fee considering his rapid development and growing reputation.

Meanwhile, Chema Andres, who has shown his full potential in Germany, is expected to return for €13m, while Jacobo Ramon will return for €8m after impressing under Cesc Fabregas at Como.

Real Madrid are preparing to shake up some of their starting lineup, while also improving depth and bringing back familiar academy products.

Rather than investing heavily in external signings, Real Madrid see the value in reintegrating players who already understand the club’s culture, needs and identity.

The decision is also closely aligned with the views of Xavi Alonso, who knows both Chema and Ramon particularly well, having coached them during their formative years in the club’s academy.

While none of the three are guaranteed to start immediately, their return will significantly strengthen Real Madrid’s options in multiple positions – defender, midfield and attack.

The plan also makes sense from a financial perspective, as Real Madrid would struggle to sign an established player who would fit the team for €30 million.
