Massive shakeup in AFC North: John Harbaugh is no longer the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens following their Week 18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
On Tuesday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that the Ravens and Harbaugh have finally decided to part ways after “several days of discussions.”
Harbaugh’s departure to Baltimore marks the second head coaching change in the division, with the Cleveland Browns also parting ways with head coach Kevin Stefanski earlier this week.

The Ravens went 180-113 and won one Super Bowl during Harbaugh’s tenure as head coach from 2008 to 2025 – an impressive resume that is sure to pique the interest of any NFL team in need of a head coach this offseason.
One has to wonder if Mike Tomlin might find himself in a similar situation to Harbaugh if the Steelers lose on Sunday Night Football, only Tyler Lupp — who missed a field goal away from Pittsburgh — may be entering uncharted waters instead of Baltimore.
