Super Bowl Sunday is just around the corner and the proverbial “big game” has arrived! The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots will kick off Super Bowl X on Sunday, February 8 at 6:30 pm ET in Santa Clara, California. The Seahawks beat the Patriots by 4.5 points, with a total score of 45.5. The Seahawks’ moneyline odds are -225, while the Patriots are +188.
The Super Bowl brings a lot of fun to a sizable portion of the American public (and many around the world). Whether you’re a football fan or not, there’s a good chance you’re watching the game at home or at a friend’s Super Bowl party. There will be delicious food and commercials, and there will be plenty of props at stake.

This is the first game in four years without the Kansas City Chiefs, and Seattle has high expectations. We’ll be watching to see if they get the job done, or if the Patriots can pull off an upset, but even if you’re not a fan of either team, there’ll be more to enjoy. At Levi’s Stadium, you can bet on almost every possible outcome. Advanced bettors may pay attention to the details, but many just want to bet on the coin flip or the length of the national anthem. There’s something for everyone on Super Bowl Sunday.

If you found this article, then you probably know what prop betting is (pun totally intended). But maybe you just stumbled across this on sbnation.com and have no idea what I’m talking about. If so, you probably do know what it is, but the term itself is confusing you. Proprietary betting is when you place a bet on a specific event that takes place under the auspices of a major event. It has some larger nuances, but we’ll stick to that for now.
You can bet on whether the Seahawks or Patriots will win or lose on Sunday, but there’s a lot more you can bet on. You can bet on Drake Maye’s total passing yards, or whether Sam Darnold will throw an interception (or even a specific number of interceptions), or whether Kenneth Walker III will rush for more or less than a certain number of yards.
We’ve got the full printable prop betting scorecard above, and below we’ll be tracking the results into the evening. Good luck to you and may the odds always be in your favor!
