On3’s Pete Knuckles reported Sunday that McSorley will stay on.
A season ago, McSorley served as the assistant quarterbacks coach. His new role has not yet been announced.
McSorley, of course, is the Nittany Lions’ fan-favorite quarterback. He’s a smart guy worth keeping around. He knows how things are done at Penn State, and he has a solid reputation.
McSorley clearly wants to stay in Happy Valley.
Campbell was wise to let him do that.
