Patriots Confirm Lineup Change For Playoff Matchup With Chargers

The New England Patriots’ offensive line is back at full strength heading into Sunday’s wild-card game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Will Campbell – Jared Wilson – Garrett Bradbury – Mike Onwenu – Morgan Moses are expected to be this team, from left to right, marking the first time this particular group has played together since Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Campbell missed four weeks due to injury, returning in the final game of the regular season and regaining full strength. Wilson underwent concussion treatment for two weeks but eventually took off his non-contact practice jersey on Friday. Bradbury and Moses both missed practice this week due to illness, but both returned on Friday.

Disaster averted!

Waderian Lowe and Ben Brown, who have been filling in for the rookie duo on the left wing, will return to backup roles. Thayer Monford Jr. is listed as doubtful with a knee injury, which could derail some plans.

The Patriots have implemented “jumbo” lineups in recent weeks, using six offensive linemen in obvious run situations that require help from Brown and Mumford. It would be surprising if they left these scenes, so expect to see the former return whenever you get the chance.
