ATHENS, Ohio (WCMH) – An Ohio State University student faces charges related to the sexual assault and drug delivery of a 13-year-old girl in Athens County.
Anthony Bock is accused of purchasing and delivering marijuana to the girl in October in Franklin County and sexually assaulting her in November in Athens County, according to court documents.
The criminal complaint also states that Bokar, 21, directed the victim to delete and erase traces of the relationship on her phone, which allegedly included text messages, pictures and videos they shared.

Athens County court records show Bokar was charged with one count each of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, corrupting a person with drugs and tampering with evidence. A future court date has not yet been set.
According to Bokar’s LinkedIn page, he is a junior at Ohio State and has been appointed to the Buckeye Student Leadership Academy and serves as the student engagement leader for access strategies on the Ohio State admissions website. As of 1:30 p.m. Thursday, he was no longer on the BSLA page.
Bokar was also a student teacher at Pickerington Central High School, where he was arrested Wednesday.
A spokesperson for Pickerington Schools told NBC4 that Bokar “is working as a student teacher at one of the district’s partner colleges and he will not be returning to Pickerington Local Schools.”
Additionally, Pickerington Central Principal Roshawn Parker sent a letter to parents that read in part: “Law enforcement is on scene to remove a student teacher from the building due to allegations reported to authorities. As this is an active police investigation, we are unable to share further details at this time.”
The district said no students at Pickerington schools were involved in the incident.
“These allegations are extremely concerning,” an Ohio State spokesperson said in a statement. “The individuals involved are not currently being permitted on campus or to participate in university activities, including student teaching assignments.”
