The Notre Dame baseball season isn’t going the way we hoped it would, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some truly outstanding performances from some of the Irish’s players. During the offseason, the Irish had to replace receiver Carson Tinney, who took advantage of the transfer portal and ended up with the Texas Longhorns. So Notre Dame entered the portal and grabbed Mark Quatrain from Cornell – one of the best receivers in the Ivy League.
Quatrain has been outstanding this season and was just named the Buster Posey College Receiver of the Week.
