The Warwick County Coroner’s Office has released the names of two people who died Saturday in what authorities are calling a murder-suicide.
On Monday morning, Coroner Alissa Salee-Enright identified the deceased as Brian Collins, 35, of Chandler, Indiana, and Ashley Collins, 31, of Newburgh, Indiana.
Autopsies on both men are scheduled for Tuesday. Sally-Enright did not provide a cause of death.

“This incident remains an active and ongoing investigation by the Warwick County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Warrick County Coroner’s Office,” the release said. “…No additional information will be released at this time.”
According to court records, a judge finalized Ashley and Brian Collins’ divorce case on October 30, which was classified as a “domestic relationship without children” case. Records list Ashley Collins’ address on Yosemite Drive, the same road the Warwick County Sheriff’s Office responded to Saturday.
The Courier Journal contacted Sheriff Mike Wilder for comment Monday.
