MONONA, Wis. (WFRV) – Three Wisconsin teenagers, two of whom were teenagers, were arrested after a high-speed chase seriously injured an unrelated driver around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

According to the Monona Police Department, around 12:50 a.m. Wednesday, an officer noticed a reckless driver traveling at 105 mph and attempted to stop the vehicle; however, the suspect driver turned off his lights and continued toward I-90.
During the pursuit, police deployed tire deflation devices along Highway 151 and local agencies also assisted in the pursuit. Nearby unaffected drivers were stopped by the device, and one was struck by the suspect vehicle while pulling over.
The driver suffered serious injuries, but the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, according to officials. The driver and a passenger of the suspect vehicle fled on foot, but another passenger was arrested outside the vehicle.

The fugitive was later apprehended after a drone and K9 search. The arrested persons, all men, are recommended to be charged as follows:

The vehicle, which had Illinois license plates, was also stolen, and police recovered two handguns with extended magazines.
