Kebin Dong, 38, and Wei Nie, 40, were arrested following a year-long investigation into an internet platform that openly promoted illegal services.

Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Special Crimes Division identified Tung and Nie as the primary owners and operators of a website used to facilitate commercial sex acts, according to authorities.
The operation was extensive, involving files on more than 60 women and dozens of brothel locations, including several within Ventura County.
