Manchester City: Star player announces long-term absence
At a press conference on Tuesday, Guardiola announced that one of his key players would be out for a long period of time.

Indeed, on the eve of the Carabao Cup quarter-final home clash with Brentford, Guardiola confirmed the former Rennes man would be out for the next three weeks. “Jeremy will be out. Jeremy is out, John (Stones) and Rodri are out. I think the others will be ready. I don’t know (exactly when Doku will return). Maybe against Sunderland (January 1, 9pm), for sure…” the manager told a news conference.
