Kyle Hamilton must put a halt to Patriots TE Hunter Henry

Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton is ready for the Week 16 matchup against the New England Patriots. In the scouting report, defensive coordinator Zach Orr will look to surround Patriots tight end Hunter Henry, who has been quarterback Derek Meyer’s safety blanket over the middle of the field all season. With linebacker Roquan Smith busy keeping the frame in the box, linebacker Trenton Simpson may be forced to take on the responsibility of limiting Henry’s passing attack. Still, Simpson will need Hamilton’s help due to his size and speed deficiencies.

At 6-foot-5, Henry clearly has a height advantage over Smith and Simpson, so deploying Hamilton in the box could help the Ravens weather the storm. Meyer already has 23 touchdown passes in 2025, and the Ravens will need to limit the Patriots’ air attack to get a much-needed win in Week 15. While the Ravens did prevent the Cincinnati Bengals from scoring a touchdown in Week 14, they still gave up 132 receiving yards to Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase. The Patriots are well-positioned to stand up in a shootout, so the Ravens need to cause trouble for Meyer, starting with limiting one of his favorite targets, Henry.

In Week 15, the Ravens will suppress Meyer at critical moments to preserve their chance of winning the AFC North.
