Kaya Makoso joins Ukrainian club
Newly promoted Ukrainian side Kudivka has strengthened their defensive midfielder with the signing of 27-year-old Congolese international Kaya Makoso. The player comes from the academy of Puerto Cabello in Venezuela’s top flight and is expected to bring his international experience to the club in its inaugural season in the Ukrainian Super League.

Makosso enjoyed a diverse tour of Europe, playing for IK Start and Moss in Norway, and Vélez and Real Balompédica Linense in Spain. On the international stage, he represented Congo Brazzaville U20 in 6 appearances and scored 4 goals.
The €200,000 defensive midfielder will have to adapt quickly to help Kudivka break into the ranks of Ukraine’s elite. His versatility and experience on the European club and international stages will be a valuable asset to this newly promoted side.
