In the letter, the lawyers warned that settler violence was moving from the West Bank to Israeli cities.

The letter follows an incident in which a woman was allegedly attacked while riding in a car with her five-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter. According to family members, three Jewish youths sprayed pepper spray into the car, shouted threats and obscenities, and then fled. The woman was evacuated to Wolfson Medical Center in minor condition.
