According to broadcast schedules from Iowa State athletics and various NCAA tournament organizers, Monday’s showdown between the Hawkeyes and Caravel will be played on ESPN at 1 p.m. CT at Carver-Hawkeye Stadium in a sold-out game.
If the Hawkeyes defeat the Cavaliers on Monday to advance to the Sweet 16, it will be the first time under head coach Jan Jansen and the fifth time in program history as the No. 2 seed in the national tournament.
Iowa State last reached the Sweet 16 in 2023, when it reached the national championship game.
