Mohamed Salah has revealed the secret to his success at Liverpool as he prepares to leave the club this summer.
Salah will leave Liverpool at the end of this season after nine brilliant seasons with the club. The Egyptian has scored 257 goals in all competitions for the Reds, a record second only to Ian Rush (346) and Roger Hunt (285).

The 33-year-old has played a major role in Liverpool’s modern success. His goals have contributed to eight trophies, including two Premier League titles and the Champions League.
Salah’s many records include becoming the fourth-highest goalscorer in Premier League history and a three-time PFA Player of the Year. He is the highest-scoring overseas player in the history of English football and has created a joint record of four Premier League Golden Boots.
Salah will bid farewell to Liverpool in the summer and has looked back on his time on Merseyside. In an interview with former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard on TNT Sports, Salah said a strong desire to be remembered was the “secret” to his success at the club.
“I would say desire. I really want to succeed. I really want to be remembered at this club,” he said this week.

“After the first year, I would say I want people to remember me like I was one of the best. Somehow I want people to remember me more than you [Gerrard]more than kenny [Dalglish]. I don’t mean to be rude! They won’t. But it doesn’t matter.
“For me, there are things that drive me crazy, to work hard, to be first, to go to the gym, to do everything well because I want people to always give me credit for my work.
“I would say it’s just a wish.”
