The Miami Dolphins’ 2025 season didn’t go the way they wanted, as they finished with a 7-10 record and fired general manager Chris Grier and head coach Mike McDaniel.
While the results weren’t ideal, Dolphins players showed the ultimate respect for their team in the 2026 NFLPA survey, which was leaked to ESPN on Thursday. The Miami Heat were named the NFL’s top team for the third consecutive year.

Owner Stephen Ross addressed Miami’s two lowest categories (head coach and special teams coordinator) this offseason. Former Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley replaced McDaniel, and special teams coordinator Chris Tabor replaced Craig Oakman.
