SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – There is a heavy police presence near Target on Abercorn Street.
A WSAV crew on scene reported seeing crime scene footage from the Target parking lot as well as Savannah Police Department vehicles.
District 6 City Councilman Kurtis Purtee posted on social media that an adult man was shot and wounded and had been taken to the hospital. According to Puti, the shooting occurred after an argument over a parking spot and a suspect was taken into custody.
News 3 reached out to Savannah Police for information about the incident but have not yet received a response.
