Harrisburg dealership owner faces 144 charges

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – Pennsylvania State Police say a Harrisburg car dealership owner faces dozens of charges following an investigation into alleged fraudulent vehicle sales practices.

Khaled Yaye, 49, of Harrisburg, faces 144 charges for allegedly violating Pennsylvania vehicle regulations, state police said.

State police said Yaye is the owner and operator of Yeni Auto Sales, located on South Cameron Street.

Ayer is accused of improperly handling, reassigning and disposing of vehicle titles at the dealership, as well as other alleged fraudulent conduct.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 10.
