Golden State Warriors star forward Draymond Green ranks No. 1 on Bleacher Report’s Greg Swartz’s list of the 10 most overrated players in the NBA right now.
Draymond Green named NBA’s most overrated player
Swartz believes the Warriors aren’t paying as much for Green as they once were because his performance doesn’t necessarily match his contract.
“Green averaged 8.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 0.6 blocks per game while shooting 41.7% from the field and 32.7% from three-point range. Green’s offense was essentially limited to a few good passes and hard screens a game. For a player with a $100 million contract, the Warriors are no longer getting their money’s worth,” Swartz wrote.

“Maybe that’s why Green found himself in trade rumors at the deadline for the first time in his 14-year career.”
