The Golden State Warriors have had more than 600 players wear more than 60 jersey numbers throughout their rich and storied history spanning more than 75 years.
The team was founded in 1946 during the Basketball Association of America (BAA—the predecessor league to the NBA) era, and its home games include Philadelphia, San Francisco, Oakland, and even San Diego.

That player is Golden State Warriors forward Brian Cardinal. After finishing his college career at Purdue University, Cardinal was selected by the Detroit Pistons with the 44th overall pick in the 200 NBA draft.
The Tolono, Ill., native spent the first two seasons of his career in Detroit. He also played for the Washington Wizards before signing with the Warriors in 2003. His stay with the team lasted until 2004, when he signed with the Memphis Grizzlies.

During his time with the Warriors, Cardinal only wore jersey No. 35 and averaged 9.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.
