During the latest round of Frisco city health inspections, a Frisco food store was closed and another had a mosquito problem, according to inspection reports.
The report compiled by the Star-Telegram included data from 85 inspections between March 15 and March 28.
Frisco health inspections operate on a point system: 0 points is considered perfect, and more than 30 points is considered a failure. At that point, the inspector has the discretion to close the business.
A business fails an inspection and is ordered to cease operations:
Charlo India, The food store at 11010 Panther Creek Parkway scored 46 points. The inspector noted in the inspection report that the store had moldy food and mosquitoes.
Another facility was found to have a mosquito problem.
sweet rice, A store at 252 West Stonebrook Parkway received a score of 8. Inspectors found mosquitoes in the store’s dishwashing area.
