NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Flau’jae Johnson had 23 points and 10 rebounds as No. 6 LSU beat No. 13 Oklahoma 91-72 on Sunday.
Jada Richard added 21 points for the Tigers (17-2, 3-2 Southeastern Conference), who defeated the Sooners after defeating then-No. 2 Texas last Sunday.

Oklahoma State’s star freshman Aaliyah Chavez scored 11 points on 3-of-14 shooting. She averaged 19.2 points on the day.
Payton Verhulst scored 21 points and Raegan Beers added 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Sooners (14-4, 2-3).
LSU leads the nation in scoring, averaging just over 100 points per game, beating No. 2 Oklahoma, which averages nearly 91 points per game. LSU outscored Oklahoma 29-8 at the free throw line with two Sooners fouled out.
Oklahoma State’s Lloyd Noble Center was sold out, but home fans began to swarm midway through the fourth quarter as the team soon suffered its third straight loss. They’ve climbed to No. 5 in the AP Top 25, but now have consecutive losses to ranked rivals Mississippi State, Kentucky and LSU.

The game is a continuation of Oklahoma’s long-standing rivalry with LSU coach Kim Mulkey. When Mulkey coached Baylor and Oklahoma State was still in the Big 12 Conference, the Sooners often played her as a Big 12 opponent.
Oklahoma State led 13-4 on Sunday, but LSU went on a 20-3 run at the end of the first quarter to take a 24-16 lead entering the second quarter.
At halftime, LSU led 45-35, trailing Johnson by 15 points. The Tigers went 1-for-6 from the field before halftime, limiting Chavez to three points.
At the end of the third quarter, the Tigers extended their lead to 70-52.
