The 2026 Winter Paralympics are on schedule, with Team USA completing their goal of an Olympic Hockey Triple Crown by winning gold at the Para Sled Hockey Championships. Team USA defeated Team Canada 6-2.
This is Team USA’s 13th gold medal at the Milan-Cortina Games, bringing the total number of medals to 24, which also includes five silver medals and six gold medals.

That left the U.S. team in second place, while China finished the Paralympics as the medal leader. The Chinese team ended the two-week event with 44 medals (15 gold, 13 silver and 16 bronze).

The Paralympic Games will officially conclude on Sunday, March 15, with the Closing Ceremony taking place on CNBC at the Curling Olympic Stadium in Cortina at 3:30 pm ET.
