Fresno star chef plans to open Italian sandwich shop with homemade focaccia bread
Annex Kitchen owner Jimmy Pardini will launch Strada Italian Sandwiches at the Park Crossing Center near Annesso Pizzeria in north Fresno. It is expected to open in mid-April.
