Tianna Graham said she shoveled her Honda Civic out after Monday’s snowstorm and parked it in the same spot while driving on Tuesday. At that point, a water main burst and a police officer apparently told her not to move it.

NBC Philadelphia reported that the car started, but the exhaust pipe was covered in ice, which was obviously unsafe. They also mentioned that using hot water could break the glass.
Throughout it all, Tiana remained miraculously at peace with the whole thing, telling NBC 10, “It’s okay. I mean, it’s kind of funny. That’s it.”
