This week’s winter storm left streets covered in ice and accompanied by enough snow to close schools for several days.
But what about the still frigid temperatures in East Tennessee on Wednesday, January 28?
High temperatures will be near freezing or lower in Knoxville and East Tennessee until at least Jan. 31, according to the National Weather Service. The high temperature in Knoxville all week is 35 degrees.
