A Cinnabon employee is no longer working after a video of racist remarks directed at a customer surfaced online.
The incident occurred last week at the Cinnabon stand at Bay Park Plaza Mall in Wisconsin.

The TikTok user who posted the video said she and her husband took a break from shopping and ordered a caramel pecan cinnamon roll. The customer said she asked for more caramel when staff snapped at her and got into an argument over her headscarf.

In the video, you can see the employee using racial slurs, making obscene gestures and telling customers, “I’m a racist and I’m going to say that to the world. Don’t be rude.”

Cinnabon is headquartered in Sandy Springs and has hundreds of franchise stores across the country. The company posted a statement on social media saying:
“We saw disturbing video from Cinnabon Bakery in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, and we do not condone this type of behavior. The former employee was immediately terminated by the franchise owner. Their actions do not reflect our values ​​or the welcoming experience every guest deserves.”
