Penn State defensive line transfer Chaz Coleman enters his first spring at Tennessee.

Before spring football practices begin on March 16, first-year defensive coordinator Jim Knowles discussed Coleman’s value and attributes. Knowles will serve as Penn State’s defensive coordinator in 2025.

“He’s explosive,” Knowles said. “He’s hard to stop. He has a little bit of an invisibility cloak and he can twist and turn and beat guys one-on-one. He has great speed off the ball. He’s a guy that can wreak havoc on an offense and really create matchup problems.”

Tennessee’s annual orange-white game will be held April 11 at Neyland Stadium and admission is free. Additional game day information, including start times, will be announced at a later date.
