The Nerazzurri have recorded four wins and one loss so far, and a win would help them get closer to the 16-point mark that should technically put them into the last 16.

Denzel Dumfries, Matteo Darmian, Tomas Palacios and Rafael Di Gennaro are all unavailable for the Nerazzurri.

According to reports from Sky Sports and other well-known Italian media, Akanji has a fever, so he may be replaced by Italian center back Acerbi, while Carlos Augusto and Luis Enrique compete for the starting position on the right wing.
