One commenter on Instagram asked: “Why is the baby in the front seat and not the back seat in a car seat?”
Under California law, children under 2 years old need to be placed in a rear-facing car seat, and until age 8, children must ride in the back seat.
“This makes me sick,” another viewer commented on Instagram. “So glad the baby made a full recovery.”
