Browns star Myles Garrett pulled over again for speeding

It will be interesting to see if new HC Todd Monken and DC Mike Rutenberg react differently to Garrett’s overdrive than predecessors HC Kevin Stefanski and DC Jim Schwartz. Given the timing of the subpoenas, it’s unlikely we’ll hear from Monken or Rutenberg before offseason activities begin.
