Breaking down Jaguars picks in full 7-round 2026 NFL mock draft

We rarely see a full seven-round mock draft in January, so let’s see who the Jacksonville Jaguars end up selecting.

The Jaguars may not have a first-round pick after trading him to Travis Hunter last April, but general manager James Gladstone still has plenty to work with, a total of 11 picks in three days, including four on day two.

Pro Football Network’s Jacob Infante put together a complete seven-round mock draft. This is the guy he let the Jaguars take away.

  • Pick 56: Xavier Scott, CB, Illinois

  • Pick 81: Ted Hurst, WR, Georgia State

  • No. 88: Kaci Casey, OT, Boise State

  • Pick 100: Oscar Delp, TE, Georgia

The Jaguars are in need of cornerback, with Montalik Brown and Greg Newsome set to become free agents. Scott has experience playing both inside and outside, which could be valuable in Anthony Campanile’s defense, but most of his snaps have come from the nickel. With Jourdan Lewis and Ja’Leon Jones , the Jaguars don’t need another nickel back. They need outside help.

I would be surprised if the Jaguars drafted a receiver in the top 100 — they already have plenty of options on the team.

Jacksonville will return its entire starting offensive line in 2026, as well as some depth. However, I do think Gladstone might consider adding more competition.

Tight end is a hidden need. Quentin Morris is a free agent, while Hunter Long and Johnny Monte have one year left on their contracts. Blocking ability is an important aspect of the tight end in Liam Cohen’s offense.

  • Pick 117: Taurean York, LB, Texas A&M

  • Pick 162: Rayshaun Benny, DT, Michigan

  • Pick 164: Le’Veon Moss, RB, Texas A&M

  • Pick 194: Romello Brinson, WR, SMU

Whether the Jaguars draft a linebacker could depend on the situation with free agent Devin Lloyd. The same goes for running back Travis Etienne.

However, I don’t think the Jaguars will run a dual defense at wide receiver, and I would be surprised if Jacksonville didn’t address the defensive tackle position until the 162nd pick — even though I thought so last year.

  • Pick 203: Christian Gray, CB, Notre Dame

  • Pick 233: Joe Fagnano, QB, UConn

  • Pick 245: Kaden Curry, EDGE, Ohio State

Cornerback could be a position where the Jaguars could make multiple selections. The Jaguars really seem to like Carter Bradley as the third developmental quarterback on the roster, but it’s never a bad idea to try to keep developing the most important position in the game. Just like defensive tackle, I would be surprised if the Jaguars didn’t take a defensive end until late in the third day.
