For most, when evaluating the Buffalo Bills’ offseason, it’s easy to predict where the team should start – at receiver.

Josh Allen is in his prime, and the Bills need to find a quality weapon at No. 17 to improve their passing game.
But there are many other needs that you might consider more pressing, such as an offensive line with multiple starters set to hit free agency.
CBS Sports’ Josh Edwards outlines the Bills’ biggest offseason needs, but there’s a catch: He listed several.
“Buffalo has not received quality safety play since the departures of veterans Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer. Linebacker and edge rusher are a few other positions that should be addressed this offseason,” Edwards wrote.

“Inside offensive linemen Connor McGovern and David Edwards will be free agents, so those are situations to monitor. Receivers have also been a source of important conversations since the end of the season.”

Where should the Bills start on their offseason checklist?
The most obvious answer is the receiver.
You can make the argument that last season’s defense worked, but Allen needs to create a different player on the outside.
The offensive line follows suit, and as we saw multiple times last season, Allen got fired up too often, causing the offense to suffer badly.
