During the Christmas Day game between the Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors, fans saw Anthony Davis leave the game with an injury.
The big man had just three points and three rebounds in 10 minutes of action but left the game with a groin injury after slowing and limping while catching a full-court pass in the second quarter.

After Davis was thoroughly examined by the staff during the timeout, he walked to the bench and stretched before he and the team decided how to handle the injury.
He has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the game against the Golden State Warriors, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Malika Andrews of ESPN added that the decision to sit Davis came down to “an abundance of caution” after he experienced muscle spasms.
