Barcelona president Joan Laporta has confirmed that Joao Cancelo will return to the club for a second spell.
Cancelo will undergo a medical on Friday before spending the remainder of the season on loan at Camp Nou from Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal.

Laporta is delighted with the Portugal international’s return and believes Deco has done an even better job.
“Cancelo is another great player signed by Deco. It is not easy to sign players in this market,” he told Jijantes.
“Deco has done a great job. I would like to thank the player and his agent for their efforts. Cancelo is a great and versatile player and Hansi Flick gave his blessing for the transfer.”
“He will arrive tomorrow and undergo a medical examination and if all goes well he will be with us.”
Although Inter Milan is interested in Cancelo, Cancelo has been eager to return to Barcelona and will provide Flick with more defensive options in the second half of the season.
