Alabama Crimson Tide center Charles Bediako’s temporary restraining order has been extended for another 10 days, AL.com’s Nick Kelly reports.
Kelly said that’s because attorneys were unable to attend a hearing scheduled for Tuesday. As a result, Bediaco can continue to play for Alabama, which will be available when the Crimson Tide hosts Missouri on Tuesday night and possibly longer, according to Kelly.

Bediaco returned to the Crimson Tide last Saturday night against Tennessee and played 25 minutes. In his first game at Alabama since the 2022-23 season, Bediaco finished with 13 points, three rebounds, two steals and two blocks on 5-of-6 shooting and 3-of-4 from the free throw line.
The Alabama center made headlines last week because he is suing the NCAA in hopes of returning to the Crimson Tide after three seasons in the NBA G League. Bediaco was granted a temporary restraining order, which allowed him to become eligible immediately.
Alabama and Bediaco will take on Missouri on Tuesday night, with the game airing on the SEC Network at 8 p.m. ET. Alabama’s next game is this coming Sunday, February 1st at Florida State.
