Authorities in Pennsylvania are asking for the public’s help in identifying a group of violent teenage thugs accused of chasing a college student into a campus dormitory and attacking them over the weekend.
The incident occurred around 2:50 a.m. Sunday when a group of teenagers allegedly chased a Temple University student into the lobby of Morgan Hall South Hall, according to Temple University Police Department.
Once inside the school, the gang allegedly began attacking the students, beating them while also damaging university property, authorities said.

“It actually puts the threat in perspective because, especially as a college student, your priority is education rather than really safety, but this is happening more at the forefront,” sophomore Emanuel Turner said. Tell ABC6.

The student suffered minor injuries and refused medical treatment at the scene.
Campus authorities have since released photos of the suspect in hopes of tracking down those responsible for the attack.

Surveillance images showed nine people – some wearing hoodies and face masks – walking on the sidewalk, with some of the suspects’ faces visible on camera.
Authorities have not revealed what led to the incident and no arrests have been made.

Additionally, the Philadelphia Police Department and the Philadelphia School District are assisting Temple University authorities in the search for the suspect, officials said.
Temple University is located in downtown Philadelphia and has approximately 30,000 students, according to the school’s website. Morgan Hall accommodates approximately 1,200 students and is the school’s main residence hall.

Temple University did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Authorities ask anyone who thinks they may have information about the incident to call the Philadelphia Police Department at (215)-686-TIPS.
