Champions League RO16 draw: time, date, where to watch: Arsenal or Bayern for Atalanta

Atalanta are the only Serie A team left in the Champions League last 16 and will face either Arsenal or Bayern Munich on Friday.

Serie A has just one representative left in the last 16 of the Champions League after Inter Milan and Juventus were eliminated in the knockout play-offs.

The Ladds came back from two goals down against Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday to record a memorable 4-1 victory over Bergamo.

Inter Milan defeated Bodo/Glimt with a total score of 5-2 and failed in both games, while Juventus almost completed a comeback against Galatasaray, but was ultimately eliminated with a 7-5 total score.

Defending Serie A champion Napoli has been eliminated in the league stage.

Atalanta will face either Arsenal or Bayern Munich in the last 16, with their next opponents to be revealed on Friday.

The draw for the round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals will be held on Friday 27 February at 12:00 CET (11:00 GMT). This will be followed by draws for the Europa League and divisional leagues.

UEFA said: “The eight teams from the two-leg knockout play-offs will join the top eight teams from the league stage in the round of 16 draw.”
