Deliveryman Who Was Detained, Released in Nancy Guthrie Case Held For 5 Hours

Worse… Showalter suspected they had no legitimate reason. His best guess is that their actions were based on some “really suspicious electronic evidence,” such as “cell phone signals” or “group cameras.”

“I didn’t even know he had been in that area,” Showalter said.

According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, their search was authorized by the court.
