Videos of McLaren’s Christmas party have emerged on social media, including unfiltered moments of fun from Zac Brown’s speech and Oscar Piastri teasing the team’s two disqualifications from the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
It’s fair to say that the Christmas party at Woking was filled with booze as Lando Norris claimed his first title, with the team repeating the Constructors’ Championship in 2025. Norris’ team-mate Oscar Piastri finished third, behind Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen.

“Both drivers love me and adore me,” Brown joked as he took the stage with Norris and Piastri, adding: “[They] Calling me ‘Big Daddy’ behind my back. ” The crowd erupted in laughter as Norris covered his face with his hands.
“The reality is, they’re going to annoy me, but they’re not going to annoy Andrea [Stella] Because deep down they’re so scared of Andrea,” he continued, earning a thumbs-up from Stella.
“All I really want to do now is mess up your hair,” he said to Norris, referring to the moment he accepted the championship trophy at Friday’s FIA Awards ceremony. FIA president Mohammed bin Sulayem ruffled his hair as he walked onto the stage for the awards ceremony. “But I challenge Oscar to see how big his balls are,” Brown added, earning a laugh from both riders.

“We took the risk on both of you, but don’t pretend you had a better option.”
He looked directly at Piastri and said: “You’re fucking Alpine.” He turned to Norris and added: “You’ve got to be faster than Stoffel Vandoorne.”
Piastri also took to the microphone, failing to fend off criticism that the team was double disqualified at the Las Vegas Grand Prix due to excessive wear and tear on the boards.
“It’s been really tiring at times. I think it’s made us tired, not as thin as the boards we had in Vegas… We can laugh about it now!” he said.
