One of the top receivers in the class of 2027 will transfer to the Centennial Huskies, ranked No. 9 nationally, in 2026.
Four-star wide receiver Quentin Hale will transfer from Cathedral to Centennial in 2027, according to Greg Biggins of Rivals on Monday night. Hale is widely considered the best prospect at the wide receiver position in 2027 outside of the West Coast.

“I’m excited, Centennial is a big program, competing hard on a big stage, and it’s going to be ready for the next level,” Hale said of Rivals.
Hale went 6-6 with the Phantoms last season, catching 62 passes for 872 yards and 12 touchdowns.
The Huskies are coming off a breakout 2025 season, losing to eventual California Open champion Santa Margarita Catholic in the CIF Southern Section Championship Game. Centennial hopes to continue being in the national spotlight heading into the 2026 season as head coach Matt Logan and staff return a talented group of players.

Centennial enters the offseason hoping to bring back three-star backs Miles Schirmer and Jaden Walk-Green, as well as 2028 talents in wide receiver Messiah Riley and running back Malaki Davis, respectively.
