While maintaining an active role on television, WWE star Bayley is also starting to look to the next generation of professional wrestlers as they find their way. Bayley held a training seminar last year to help pass on some of her expertise to other women in the industry, and the wrestler has won praise for her efforts. On “What’s Your Story with Stephen McMahon,” Bayley shared her thoughts on eventually transitioning to a behind-the-scenes role.
“I always thought I would open my own school one day,” Bailey said. “I always knew I would [wrestling] and want to help others. “

Although Bayley said the idea originally stemmed from the feeling that her WWE career could end at any time, the former World Champion now doesn’t seem too worried about the prospect. Even if Bayley eventually decides to hang up her wrestling boots, she could decide to go her own way or stay backstage in WWE, as long as she plays the right role.
“I don’t know if I’d be a good producer. I think I’d be a better coach,” Bailey continued. “I’m not ready to do that, or open a school.”
Bayley went on to reveal that she often goes to other wrestling training schools to prepare, especially when she travels overseas with WWE. However, as the company reduced its live touring schedule over the past six years, Bailey found herself with extra time, which led her to organize the Magnet Workshop last December.
“I just needed to do something, you know?” Bailey said. “It feels like the time is right now because women’s wrestling is so big and so popular.”
