The 33-year-old Davies from England ended his three-game winning streak on the biggest stage of his career so far.
Nurmagomedov, cousin of former UFC champion Khabib, stayed in perfect form and picked up his first knockout victory in nearly three years. He reportedly has just one game left on his contract with the PFL. At the top of his list of possible next challengers is Archie Colgan (13-0).
