State and federal immigration officials arrested a criminal illegal alien and MS-13 gang member caught on camera.
Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla, an illegal immigrant from Honduras and MS-13 gang member, was arrested on April 14 in a joint operation involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol.
In a video ICE shared exclusively with Fox News, officers can be seen arresting the Honduran national.
“Driver, put your hands out the window now!” an officer yelled, while a translator repeated the order in Spanish.
Luis Melari Peralta-Sevilla is currently being held at the Palm Beach County Jail awaiting transfer to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody for deportation proceedings.

After Peralta was handcuffed, officers circled the truck he was driving. Authorities said they found “some minor narcotics.”

Florida police also impounded Peralta’s vehicle for violations related to driving without a license, ICE said.
On April 14, ICE conducted an operation and arrested Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla, a criminal immigrant from Honduras and a member of the MS-13 gang.
Peralta-Sevilla first entered the United States illegally in July 2013. U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered him in Texas’ Rio Grande Valley, where he admitted he was a citizen and national of Honduras and admitted he was in the country illegally. A Justice Department immigration judge granted him bail and he remains in the United States awaiting deportation proceedings.

Luis Merary Peralta-Sevilla is a Honduran national and MS-13 gang member, according to ICE. He allegedly entered the United States illegally in 2013.
He is currently being held at the Palm Beach County Jail awaiting transfer to ICE custody for deportation proceedings.
“What happened today is another perfect example of our partnership with local law enforcement, the Florida Highway Patrol and other federal partners,” an ICE official said in the video.

“We have leads here on this individual who is a Honduran national. He has ties to the MS-13 transnational gang and is a known terrorist suspect,” he said. “He will be transported to the Palm Beach County Jail tonight and we will soon transfer him to ICE custody and follow up on our criminal investigation of this individual.”
