North Carolina reserve center Ivan Matlejkovic has entered the transfer portal, becoming the latest Tar Heel player to seek a transfer, Inside Carolina reported Wednesday.
The 7-footer from Sisak, Croatia spent his lone season at UNC in a limited role, appearing in four games and playing a total of seven minutes before a hand injury ended his season in January. On December 22, he scored the Tar Heels’ only score of the year in a 99-51 victory over East Carolina.

Matt Lekovich transferred to North Carolina State after his freshman year at High Point, where he played in five games. Before coming to the United States, he played two seasons for HAKK Mladost Zagreb in Croatia’s Prva Liga.
