Leeds United Under-21s make their long-awaited return to Premier League 2 with a trip to Reading Under-21s on Saturday lunchtime.
Scott Gardner’s side, who have not played in the league since early November, narrowly lost to Nottingham Forest despite Harry Gray’s eighth goal in all competitions.

The striker then scored twice in the Whites’ final Vitu Cup match against Accrington Stanley, before Leeds faced Gateshead and Borussia Dortmund II.
Ollie Pickles’ brace helped United win 3-0 in the Nations League Cup on Tyneside before the young side were beaten by an experienced Borussia Dortmund side in Europe.
Gardner’s side have taken 11 points from their first eight PL2 games of the season and sit 17th in the table, eight points above bottom-placed Reading.
The Royals, meanwhile, are winless this season and had lost four of their previous five games heading into Saturday’s game.
